Ticketsolve

Karo can sync your events from Ticketsolve using your XML feed. This gives visitors the ability to search your programme and find out about upcoming shows.

Ticketsolve integration supports event search only. Order lookup, booking deep links, and refunds are not currently supported for Ticketsolve. Visitors who want to find their booking will be directed to your box office.

What you need

• Your Ticketsolve XML feed URL — this is the shows.xml endpoint for your Ticketsolve account

Connecting Ticketsolve

1. Go to Ticketsolve settings in the dashboard sidebar.
2. Enter your XML feed URL (it should end in /shows.xml or similar).
3. Set the sync frequency — how often Karo refreshes the feed. Ticketsolve recommends a minimum of 15 minutes between requests.
4. Set your default currency.
5. Click Save.

Karo will begin syncing events from the feed on the configured schedule.
