Dashboard overview

The Karo dashboard is at dashboard.heykaro.com. This is where you configure and monitor your Karo agent.

The left sidebar contains all the main sections:

Switching apps

If your team has more than one Karo app, you can switch between them using the app switcher at the top of the sidebar. Each app has its own settings, knowledge base, and conversation history.

You can test your Karo configuration without embedding it on your live website. Visit:

https://dashboard.heykaro.com/demo/your-app-id

Replace your-app-id with your app's public ID (visible in the URL when you're in your app's settings). This is a safe way to test changes before they affect real visitors.
