Prompt library

Suggested prompts appear as clickable chips when a visitor first opens the chat. They help visitors understand what Karo can do and give them a quick way to start a conversation.

You can configure up to three suggested prompts in Interface settings.

Choosing good prompts

Good prompts reflect your most popular use cases and set accurate expectations. They should be:

  • Specific enough to be useful — "What's on this weekend?" is better than "Help me" or "Tell me more"
  • Representative of what Karo can actually do — don't suggest booking-related prompts if booking isn't enabled
  • Varied — cover different capability areas so visitors get a sense of range

Suggested prompt ideas

For event search:

  • "What's on this weekend?"
  • "Show me family events in July"
  • "Are there any relaxed performances?"
  • "I'm looking for something on a Wednesday evening"

For booking help:

  • "Help me find my booking"
  • "I need my tickets for Saturday"
  • "Can I look up my order?"

For venue information:

  • "What are the accessibility options?"
  • "How do I get to the venue?"
  • "Is there parking nearby?"

For general enquiries:

  • "What can you help me with?"
  • "I have a question about my booking"
