Prompt library
Suggested prompts appear as clickable chips when a visitor first opens the chat. They help visitors understand what Karo can do and give them a quick way to start a conversation.
You can configure up to three suggested prompts in Interface settings.
Choosing good prompts
Good prompts reflect your most popular use cases and set accurate expectations. They should be:
- Specific enough to be useful — "What's on this weekend?" is better than "Help me" or "Tell me more"
- Representative of what Karo can actually do — don't suggest booking-related prompts if booking isn't enabled
- Varied — cover different capability areas so visitors get a sense of range
