Troubleshooting event sync
Events aren't appearing in Karo
- Check the Sync page in the dashboard. Look at the most recent sync run — did it complete successfully?
- If there's an error, it will be shown there. Common causes: incorrect API credentials, changed API key, network issue reaching the ticketing system.
- If the sync completed but events are still missing, check your sync filters — the events may be excluded by a filter rule.
Events are showing with wrong information
Karo syncs from your ticketing system on a schedule. If you've just updated an event in Spektrix or LineUp, wait for the next sync to pick it up. Syncs typically run every few minutes.
You can also manually trigger a fresh sync from the Sync page if you need the update immediately.
Availability status isn't updating
Availability is synced from your ticketing system in the same sync cycle. If availability looks stale, check when the last sync ran and whether it completed. If syncs are running successfully but availability looks wrong, the issue is likely in your ticketing system's data.
The sync is stuck / hasn't run recently
Check the Sync page. If no sync has run in over an hour, contact your SynapTix account manager.
Ticketsolve: events aren't loading
