Order lookup

Visitors can ask Karo to find their booking. To protect their data, Karo uses a magic-link verification flow before showing any order information.

How it works

  1. The visitor asks to find their booking or check their tickets.
  2. Karo asks how they'd like to search — by order reference or by name and email.
  3. The visitor enters their details.
  4. Karo sends a one-time verification code to their email address.
  5. The visitor enters the code in the chat.
  6. Karo retrieves their order from your ticketing system and displays it.

The verification step ensures that only the person who owns the email address can view the order — Karo never shows order details without it.

What visitors can see

Once verified, Karo shows:

  • Order reference
  • Event name, date, and time
  • Seat or zone information
  • Ticket type and price
  • QR codes / barcodes for entry

For multi-event orders (a single booking covering multiple events), Karo shows all events in the order and lets the visitor choose which one to view.

Looking up all orders

Visitors can also look up all orders associated with their email address. After verification, they see a list of their bookings and can ask questions about them — "What's my next show?", "How much have I spent this year?", "Which shows have I been to?"

Privacy

Order data is only surfaced in the chat for the duration of the session. No customer data — email addresses, postcodes, payment information — is sent to or stored by the AI model.

Supported systems

Order lookup is currently supported for:

  • Spektrix
  • LineUp (including complex orders — exchanges, multi-event orders)

Ticketsolve does not currently support order lookup.
