Team settings

Team settings is where you manage the people and billing for your organisation's Karo account. Go to the team name in the sidebar (or Teams → your team name).

Team members

Add team members by entering their email address and sending an invitation. They'll receive an email with a link to register and join your team.

We recommend keeping admin access to around three people — typically your digital lead, marketing manager, or box office manager.

To remove a team member, go to their profile in Team settings and revoke their access.

Email notifications

Set the email address where Karo task notifications (human handoff requests) should be sent. This is separate from your account email — it's typically a shared box office or support inbox.

Billing

Billing is managed via the Billing section of Team settings. For questions about your plan, usage, or invoices, contact your SynapTix account manager.
